First HR Zone meeting already behind us!

Lodz SEZ has been long engaged in improving job market flexibility and establishing links between business and vocational education institutions.

‘We want our Investors and Partners to employ highly qualified personnel with tailor-made skills. This is why we have decided to create a forum called HR Zone which will be held in the form of periodical meetings at our premises. During the meetings  we will discuss the most important topics from the fields such as HR, vocational education training and education for business’ said Tomasz Sadzyński, President of Lodz SEZ’s Board.

The first session of this type took place on 16th December and was primarily meant to integrate HR specialists from Lodz SEZ Investors and Partners companies. Additionally, the participants were presented with possible ways of cooperation with regional and local Job Centres in order to facilitate access to well-skilled workers and reduce the costs of employment and staff development.

The meeting was hosted by Bartosz Rzętkiewicz, Vice Director of Investment Development Department.
