about the results of the tender procedure aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who will receive a permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone in the Subzone Radomsko, Area 3.
Tender procedure aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who will receive a permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone in the Subzone Radomsko, Area 3 and will be able to buy an undeveloped property situated in Radomsko, cadastral area 36, described as the plots No. 5/121 and 5/126 of the total area 10,9479 ha, the Land and Mortgage Register No. PT1R/00056334/4, run by the District Court in Radomsko, on which the business activity will be conducted has been settled on 21st September 2017.
The tender offer was submitted by Ontex Polska Ltd. based in Pabianice. The commission selected the winning tender and decided that the entrepreneur can receive a permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone. This is the first permit for conducting business activity in the Lodz Special Economic Zone for this investor.
INVESTOR:
Ontex Polska Ltd. is a company operating in the hygiene articles industry.
INVESTMENT:
The purpose of the investment project is to build a new production plant.
In connection with the new investment, the entrepreneur intends to incur eligible investment cost in the amount at least EUR 23 million in the Zone , after the date of the permit and create at least 170 new workplaces in the Zone, after the date of the permit.
