as the company managing Lodz Special Economic Zone, invites to a tender procedure aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– will receive a Permit for carrying out a business activity within Lodz Special Economic Zone in the Sub-zone Kutno, Area 4 and<\/span><\/p>\n

– will purchase an un-built real estate described as plot No. 200\/6, situated in Kutno at Po\u0142udniowa St., geodesic area 3 Skleczki,\u00a0of an area<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0of 2,8294 ha, disclosed in the Land and Mortgage Register No. LD1K\/00036095\/5 run by the District Court in Kutno, 5th Land and Mortgage Register Division, on which business activity will be conducted.<\/span><\/p>\n

The real estate offered, which is the subject of tender procedure, is owned by the City of Kutno and is free from any encumbrances and obligations for third persons. The plot of land No. 200\/6 \u2013 pursuant to the Local Area Development Plan \u2013 is located within the area marked with 3P-SE symbol \u2013 area developed with manufacturing facilities, warehouses and buildings of administrative and office use.\u00a0
In the Land and Property Register of the City of Kutno as agricultural and forest land (RVI, PsVI).<\/span><\/p>\n

The opening bidding price of the real estate being the subject of purchase is:\u00a01.400.000,00<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0PLN\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>+\u00a0\u00a0 TAX (VAT) binding in the day of the sale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deposit (vadium) is: PLN\u00a0\u00a0200.000,00<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0PLN<\/span><\/p>\n

Minimum bid increment – 1% of the opening bidding price \u2013 which is: 14.000,00 PLN<\/span><\/p>\n

Any bidder who intends to take part in tender procedure shall:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. purchase the\u00a0\u201eSpecification of essential conditions for tender\u201d<\/span><\/em>\u00a0( price: PLN 20.000 + 23% VAT). \u201cThe Specification of essential conditions for tender\u201d can be purchased at the office of Lodz SEZ, by paying due amount equal to the purchase price to the bank account of Lodz SEZ:\u00a0BRE BANK nr 97 1140 1108 0000 2030 2200 1001<\/span><\/strong>. Further information relating to the tender procedure and\u00a0Specification\u00a0<\/span><\/em>may be obtained at office of Lodzor via phone (+ 48 42) 275 50 60, 275 50 64 office hours: 8:00 a.m.- 4.00 p.m. (every day except Saturdays and Sundays);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. pay the deposit (vadium) in cashin the amount specified above\u00a0by 24th August 2012 at the latest<\/span><\/strong>, to the account\u00a0<\/span>of the Office of the City\u00a0of Kutno in\u00a0BG\u017b Bank Operational Department in<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Kutno No 11 2030 0045 1110 0000 0164 9780<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The deposit paid by the Bidder who wins the bid shall be credited towards the purchase price of the real estates. The deposit is to be forfeited if the Bidder who wins the bid will be evading to enter into contract of purchase of the real estate from the City of Kutno or if the Bidder who is the foreigner will not obtain permit of the Minister of Internal Affairs for the purchase of real estate \u2013 if require it by legal regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The tender offers are to be submitted at the office of Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. in Lodz by 27th August 2012, 4:00 pm at the latest.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

    The opening session of the tender will take place on 31st August 2012 at 12:00 a.m. at the office of the Lodz SEZ.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The tender offers are to be evaluated on the basis of the criteria set out in \u201eSpecification of essential conditions for tender\u201d<\/span><\/em>\u00a0and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 15 November 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544) concerning a way of execution, terms and conditions of tenders or negotiations and criteria of projects assessment when it comes to business activities which are to be undertaken by investors in the Lodz SEZ (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544).<\/span><\/p>\n

    The tender procedure will be won by the Bidder whose bidding offer will obtain the maximum score, however not less than 50% of all possible score and who will offer the purchase price higher than the opening bidding price of an equivalent of one bid increment at least.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co. may withdraw from tender procedure if there is a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the public interest, which could not have been foreseen in advance and where the tender procedure has a defect which prevents the Permit from being issued. The Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. will inform all bidders at the same time, in writing, about cancellation of the tender\u00a0procedure, giving the factual and legal reasons thereof.<\/span><\/p>\n
