as the company managing the Lodz Special Economic Zone, invites to a tender procedure aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who:<\/p>\n

will receive a Permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone, the Sub-zone \u0141owicz, Area 1, 2 and<\/p>\n

The real estates offered, which are the subject to the tender procedure, are owned by the city of \u0141owicz and are free from any encumbrances and claims of third persons. As specified in the Local Area Development Plan \u2013 plots offered for sale are located within the area marked with: 6.37P, 6.39P, 6.46P i 6.48Psign – area developed with manufacturing facilities, warehouses and stores.
\nThe opening bidding price of the real estate is: 6.224.200,00 PLN(including 23% VAT)
\nDeposit (vadium): 350.000,00 PLN
\nTaking part in the tender is conditioned by the purchase of the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d (20.000 PLN + 22% VAT) and by paying deposit (vadium) in the amount mentioned above by 6th April 2012 at the latest, to the account of the City of \u0141owicz: Kredyt Bank S.A. o\/Skierniewice 81 1500 1689 1216 8005 0182 0000.
\n\u201cThe Specification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d can be purchased in the office of the Zone, in Lodz, 22\/24 Tymienieckiego St., by settling a non-returnable payment at the amount of 20.000,00 PLN plus 23% VAT in the account of Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co.: BRE BANK No.97 1140 1108 0000 2030 2200 1001.
\nThe deposit paid by the Bidder who wins the bid shall be credited towards the purchase price of the real estates. The deposit is to be forfeited if the Bidder who wins the bid will be evading to enter into contract of purchase of the real estate from the City of \u0141owicz or if the Bidder who is the foreigner will not obtain permit of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration for the purchase of real estate.
\nThe interested Bidders can obtain further information at the above address or by phone No. 42 275 50 60, 275 50 64, office hours: 8:00 a.m.- 4.00 p.m. (every day except Saturdays and Sundays);
\nThe tender offers are to be submitted at the office of the Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. in Lodz, 22\/24 Tymienieckiego St. by 6th April 2012, 4:00 p.m. at the latest.
\nThe opening session of the tender will take place on 11th April 2012 at 12:00 a.m.
\nThe tender offers will be evaluated on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d and the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 15 November 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544) concerning a way of execution, terms and conditions of tenders or negotiations and criteria of projects assessment when it comes to business activities which are to be undertaken by investors in the Lodz SEZ.
\nThe tender procedure will be won by the Bidder whose bidding offer will obtain the maximum score, however not less than 50% of all possible score and who will offer the purchase price higher than the opening bidding price as well.
\nThe Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co. may invalidate the tender procedure in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the public interest, which could not have been predicted earlier or\/and when the tender procedure has a defect which makes it impossible to issue the Permit. The Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. will inform all bidders at the same time, in writing, about invalidation of the procedure, giving the factual and legal reasons thereof.
