as the company managing the Lodz Special Economic Zone, invites to a tender procedure aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who:<\/b><\/p>\n

\uf0a7\u00a0will receive a Permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone, the Sub-zone Ostrzesz\u00f3w and<\/b><\/p>\n

\uf0a7\u00a0will be able to buy an un-built real estate described as plots No 638, 640 and 641, situated in Roj\u00f3w, Ostrzesz\u00f3w municipality, of a total surface of 3,6878 ha, the Land and Mortgage Register No.: KZ1O\/00036826\/9 run by the District Court in Ostrzesz\u00f3w \u2013 IV Department of the land and Mortgage Register, on which the business activity will be conduced.<\/b><\/p>\n

The real estate, which is the subject of the tender procedure, is owned by the city and municipality of Ostrzesz\u00f3w.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to physical management plan of the area situated in Roj\u00f3w in Hetma\u0144ska Street and in Ostrzesz\u00f3w in Ko\u015bciuszko Street, which was approved with the resolution of City Council No.: XVII\/117\/2008 on 24th April 2008, the real estate is specified with a symbol 3P \u2013 production sites, storehouses and warehouses.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The opening bidding price of the real estate is: 2.239.517,40 PLN + 22% VAT<\/b><\/p>\n

Deposit (vadium): 223.952,00 PLN.<\/b><\/p>\n

Taking part in the tender is conditioned by: the purchase of the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d (20.000 PLN + 22% VAT) and by paying deposit (vadium) in the amount mentioned above by 23rd December 2010 at the latest, to the account of the Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co. BRE BANK No: 97 1140 1108 0000 2030 2200 1001.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cThe Specification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d can be purchased in the office of the Zone, in Lodz, 22\/24 Tymienieckiego St., by settling a non-returnable payment at the amount of 20.000,00 PLN plus 22% VAT in the above-mentioned account of Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co.<\/b><\/p>\n

The interested Bidders can obtain further information at the above address or by phone nr (0-42) 275 50 60, 275 50 64, office hours: 8:00 a.m.- 4.00 p.m. (every day except Saturdays and Sundays);<\/b><\/p>\n

The tender offers are to be submitted at the office of the Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. in Lodz, 22\/24 Tymienieckiego St. by 23rd December 2010, 4:00 p.m. at the latest.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The opening session of the tender will take place on 30th December 2010 at 12:00.<\/b><\/p>\n

The tender offers will be evaluated on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d and the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 15 November 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544) concerning a way of execution, terms and conditions of tenders or negotiations and criteria of projects assessment when it comes to business activities which are to be undertaken by investors in the Lodz SEZ.<\/b><\/p>\n

The tender procedure will be won by the Bidder whose bidding offer will obtain the maximum score, however not less than 50% of all possible score and who will offer the purchase price not lower than the opening bidding price as well.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co. may invalidate the tender procedure in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the public interest, which could not have been predicted earlier or\/and when the tender procedure has a defect which makes it impossible to issue the Permit. The Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. will inform all bidders at the same time, in writing, about invalidation of the procedure, giving the factual and legal reasons thereof.<\/b><\/p>\n
