as the company managing the Lodz Special Economic Zone, invites to a tender procedure aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who:<\/b><\/p>\n

1.will receive a Permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone, the Sub-zone Br\u00f3jce and<\/b><\/p>\n

2.will be able to buy an un-built real estate described as plots No.:429\/41 and 430\/24, situated in locality Bukowiec, Commune of Br\u00f3jce, of a surface of 0,5192 ha, the Land and Mortgage Register No.: LD1P\/00068730\/1 and LD1P\/00109838\/1, run by the District Court for \u0141\u00f3d\u017a-\u015ar\u00f3dmie\u015bcie in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a \u2013 XVI Department of the land and Mortgage Register, on which the business activity will be conduced.<\/b><\/p>\n

The real estate, which is the subject to the tender procedure, is owned by the Commune of Br\u00f3jce and is free from any encumbrances and obligations for third persons. Pursuant to the local spatial development plan and land use planning the real estate is located in the area with designation described as symbol 5P\/U: basic purpose \u2013 the production buildings, warehouses, stores and\/or building services of a commercial nature, together with associated equipment and facilities; acceptable additional use –\u00a0 parking lots, public roads and internal transformer stations.<\/b><\/p>\n

The opening bidding price of the real estate is: 335.300,00 PLN + 22%VAT<\/b><\/p>\n

Deposit (vadium): 35.000,00 PLN<\/b><\/p>\n

Bidding – 1% of\u00a0 the opening bidding price: 3.360 ,00\u00a0 PLN<\/b><\/p>\n

Taking part in the tender is conditioned by:<\/b><\/p>\n

1) the purchase of the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d (5.000 PLN + 22% VAT). \u201cThe Specification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d can be purchased in the office of the Zone, in Lodz, 22\/24 Tymienieckiego St., by settling a non-returnable payment at the amount of 20.000,00 PLN plus 22% VAT in the account of BRE BANK No: 97 1140 1108 0000 2030 2200 1001. The interested Bidders can obtain further information at the above address or by phone nr (0-42) 275 50 60, 275 50 64, office hours: 8:00 a.m.- 4.00 p.m. (every day except Saturdays and Sundays);<\/b><\/p>\n

2) and by paying deposit (vadium) in the amount mentioned above by 25 June 2010 at the latest, to the account of the Commune of Br\u00f3jce Bank \u2013 Bank Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielczy w Andrespolu No: 64 8781 0006 0141 2000 0040.<\/b><\/p>\n

The tender offers are to be submitted at the office of the Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. in Lodz, 22\/24 Tymienieckiego St. by 25 June 2010, 4:00 pm at the latest.<\/b><\/p>\n

The opening session of the tender will take place on 29 June 2010 at 12:00.<\/b><\/p>\n

The tender offers will be evaluated on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions of the tender\u201d and the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 15 November 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544) concerning a way of execution, terms and conditions of tenders or negotiations and criteria of projects assessment when it comes to business activities which are to be undertaken by investors in the Lodz SEZ.<\/b><\/p>\n

The tender procedure will be won by the Bidder whose bidding offer will obtain the maximum score, however not less than 50% of all possible score and who will offer the purchase price higher than the opening bidding price of an equivalent of one bidding at least.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co. may invalidate the tender procedure in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the public interest, which could not have been predicted earlier or\/and when the tender procedure has a defect which makes it impossible to issue the Permit.
