(+48 42) 676 27 53, 676 27 54, fax 42 676 27 55<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">as the company managing Lodz Special Economic Zone, invites to a tender procedure aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022will receive a Permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone in the Sub-zone Radomsko, Area 2 and<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022will be able to buy an un-built real estate described as plot No. 5\/115, situated in Radomsko at Przedsi\u0119biorc\u00f3w St. and Stolarzy St., geodesic area 36, the Land and Mortgage Register No PT1R\/00056334\/4, run by the District Court in Radomsko, 5th Land and Mortgage Register Division, of a surface of 0,5000 ha on which the business activity will be conducted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The real estate, which is the subject of the tender procedure, is owned by the City of Radomsko and is free from any encumbrances and obligations for third persons. Basis of sale: Resolution of the City Council in Radomsko of 17\/12\/2013, No. XLVI\/420\/13.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The plot of land No. 5\/115 \u2013 pursuant to the Local Area Development Plan \u2013 is located in the areas of production, warehouses, storage and services development \u2013 the urban unit 3P \/ U &#8211; and partly in the urban unit 2 KD-L &#8211; the area of local class public roads.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The opening bidding price of the real estate is: 282.000,00 PLN + 23% VAT TAX.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deposit (vadium) is: 28.200,00 PLN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Taking part in the tender is conditioned by:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. purchase the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions for tender\u201d (price: 20.000 PLN +). \u201cThe Specification of essential conditions for tender\u201d can be purchased in the office of the Lodz SEZ, by settling a non-returnable payment at the amount paying of 20.000,00 PLN plus 23% VAT in the account of mBANK No. 97 1140 1108 0000 2030 2200 1001. The interested Bidders can obtain further information at the office of the Lodz SEZ \u00a0or via phone (+ 48 42) 275 50 60, 275 50 69, office hours: 8:00 a.m.- 4.00 p.m. (every day except Saturdays and Sundays);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.and by paying deposit (vadium) in the amount mentioned above by 25th April 2014 at the latest, to the account of the Office of the City of Radomsko in ESBANK Bank in Radomsko No. 98 8980 0009 2001 0037 5283 0014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The deposit paid by the Bidder who wins the bid shall be credited towards the purchase price of the real estates. The deposit is to be forfeited if the Bidder who wins the bid will be evading to enter into contract of purchase of the real estate from the City of Radomsko.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The tender offers are to be submitted at the office of the Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. in Lodz by 25th April 2014, 4:00 p.m. at the latest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The opening session of the tender will take place on 30th April 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Lodz SEZ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The tender offers are to be evaluated on the basis of the criteria set out in \u201eSpecification of essential conditions for tender\u201d and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 15 November 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544) concerning a way of execution, terms and conditions of tenders or negotiations and criteria of projects assessment when it comes to business activities which are to be undertaken by investors in the Lodz SEZ (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The tender procedure will be won by the Bidder whose bidding offer will obtain the maximum score, however not less than 50% of all possible score and who will offer the purchase price higher than the opening bidding price.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co. may withdraw from tender procedure if there is a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the public interest, which could not have been foreseen in advance and where the tender procedure has a defect which prevents the Permit from being issued.
