as the company managing the Lodz Special Economic Zone, invites to negotiations aiming at selecting entrepreneurs who will receive a Permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone in:<\/p>\n

1.the Sub-zone Radomsko, Area 2,<\/p>\n

2.the Sub-zone \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Area 1 (area in Konstantyn\u00f3w \u0141\u00f3dzki on ks. Janika St.),<\/p>\n

3.the Sub-zone \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Area 1 (area in Konstantyn\u00f3w \u0141\u00f3dzki on Langiewicza St.),<\/p>\n

4.the Sub-zone Ozork\u00f3w, Area 1.<\/p>\n

Taking part in each above mentioned negotiations is conditioned by:<\/p>\n

1. \u00a0 \u00a0the purchase of the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions of the negotiations\u201d (20.000 PLN + 23% VAT) and<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0 \u00a0submitting a written offer together with conditions of the undertaking planned in the area of the Zone.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe Specification of essential conditions of the negotiations\u201d can be purchased in the office of the Zone, in Lodz, 22\/24 Tymienieckiego St., by settling a non-returnable payment at the amount of 20.000,00 PLN plus 22% VAT into the account of mBANK nr 97 1140 1108 0000 2030 2200 1001.<\/p>\n

The interested Bidders can obtain further information at the above address or by phone No 42 275 50 60, 275 50 64\/69, office hours: 8:00 am- 4.00 pm.<\/p>\n

The negotiations offers are to be submitted at the office of the Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. in Lodz, 22\/24 Tymienieckiego St. :<\/p>\n

1.the Sub-zone Radomsko, Area 2 – by 3rd June 2014 at 4.00 pm at the latest,<\/p>\n

2.the Sub-zone \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Area 1 (area in Konstantyn\u00f3w \u0141\u00f3dzki on ks. Janika St.) \u2013 by 3rd June 2014 at 4.00 pm at the latest,<\/p>\n

3.the Sub-zone \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Area 1 (area in Konstantyn\u00f3w \u0141\u00f3dzki on Langiewicza St.) \u2013 by 5th June 2014 at 4.00 pm at the latest,<\/p>\n

4.the Sub-zone Ozork\u00f3w, Area 1 – by 5th June 2014 at 4.00 pm at the latest.<\/p>\n

The opening session of the negotiations will take place in the office of the Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co.:<\/p>\n

1.the Sub-zone Radomsko, Area 2 – on 4th June 2014 at 12.00 am,<\/p>\n

2.the Sub-zone \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Area 1 (area in Konstantyn\u00f3w \u0141\u00f3dzki on ks. Janika St.) \u2013 on 4th June 2014 at 2.00 pm,<\/p>\n

3.the Sub-zone \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Area 1 (area in Konstantyn\u00f3w \u0141\u00f3dzki on Langiewicza St.) \u2013 on 6th June 2014 at 12.00 am,<\/p>\n

4.the Sub-zone Ozork\u00f3w, Area 1 – on 6th June 2014 at 2.00 pm.<\/p>\n

The negotiations offers will be evaluated on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the \u201eSpecification of essential conditions of the negotiations\u201d and the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 15 November 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544) concerning a way of execution, terms and conditions of tenders or negotiations and criteria of projects assessment when it comes to business activities which are to be undertaken by investors in the Lodz SEZ.<\/p>\n

In each the above mentioned procedures of negotiations, the negotiations will be won by the Bidder whose negotiation offer will obtain the maximum score, however not less than 50% of all possible score.<\/p>\n

The Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co. may invalidate the negotiations in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the negotiations procedure is not in the public interest, which could not have been predicted earlier or when the negotiations procedure has a defect which makes it impossible to issue the Permit. The Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. \u00a0will inform all bidders at the same time, in writing, about invalidation of the procedure, giving the factual and legal reasons thereof.<\/p>\n
