{"id":635,"date":"2015-10-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-10-04T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sse.lodz.pl\/bip\/tender-procedure-sub-zone-radomsko-area-2\/"},"modified":"2023-03-14T18:26:38","modified_gmt":"2023-03-14T17:26:38","slug":"tender-procedure-sub-zone-radomsko-area-2","status":"publish","type":"bip","link":"https:\/\/sse.lodz.pl\/en\/bip\/tender-procedure-sub-zone-radomsko-area-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Tender procedure, Sub-zone Radomsko, Area 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <strong>90-349 Lodz, 22\/24, Tymienieckiego St. <\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <strong>tel. 42 676 27 53, 676 27 54, fax 42 676 27 55<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>as the company managing Lodz Special Economic Zone, invites to a tender procedure aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">will receive a Permit for carrying out a business activity within Lodz Special Economic Zone <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> in the Sub-zone Radomsko, Area 2 and<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">will be able to buy an undeveloped real estate situated in Lodz Special Economic Zone <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">&#8211; the Sub-zone Radomsko, Area 2 &#8211; in Radomsko, at Stolarzy St. (Radom District, Lodz Region), cadastral area 36, described as the plot No. <strong>5\/127 of the area 2,1103 ha<\/strong>, the Land and Mortgage Register No. PT1R\/00056334\/4,&nbsp;run by the District Court in&nbsp;Radomsko, <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> on which the business activity will be conducted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The real estate, which is the subject of the tender procedure, is owned by the City of Radomsko and is free from any encumbrances and obligations for third persons. According to the local spatial development plan, the property is located within the urban unit marked with 1P\/U symbol &ndash; area developed for the production, storage and warehousing, area developed for services. The property in the land records is classified as arable land with RV i RVI class.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The opening bidding price of the real estate is: <strong>1.108.000,00 PLN <\/strong>&nbsp;+ 23% VAT TAX.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> Deposit (vadium) is: <strong>150.000,00<\/strong><strong> PLN<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Bidding &#8211; 1% of&nbsp; the opening bidding price &ndash; which is: <strong>11.080,00 PLN<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Taking part in the tender is conditioned by:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">purchase the <em>&bdquo;Specification of essential conditions for tender&rdquo;<\/em> (price: 20.000 PLN + 23% VAT). &ldquo;The Specification of essential conditions for tender&rdquo; can be purchased in the office of the Lodz SEZ, every day except Saturdays and Sundays, office hours: 8:00 a.m.- 4.00 p.m., by settling a non-returnable payment at the amount paying of 20.000,00 PLN plus 23% VAT<strong> <br \/> <\/strong>in the account of <strong>mBANK nr 97 1140 1108 0000 2030 2200 1001<\/strong>. The interested Bidders can obtain further information at the office of the Lodz SEZ &nbsp;or via phone 42 275 50 71;&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">and by paying deposit (vadium) in the amount mentioned above <strong>by 4th December 2015<\/strong> at the latest, to the account of the Office of the City of Radomsko in <strong>ESBANK Bank in<\/strong> <strong>Radomsko No. <\/strong><strong>98 8980 0009 2001 0037 5283 0014. &nbsp;<\/strong>The date of deposit payment is the date when the deposit of required amount was made to the account of the City of Radom.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The deposit paid by the Bidder who wins the bid shall be credited towards the purchase price of the real estates. The deposit is to be forfeited if the Bidder who wins the bid will be evading to enter into contract of purchase of the real estate from the City of Radomsko or if the Bidder who is the foreigner will not obtain permit of the Minister of Internal Affairs for the purchase of real estate &ndash; if require it by legal regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>The tender offers are to be submitted at the office of the Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. in Lodz by 4th December 2015, 3:00 p.m. at the latest. <\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <strong>The opening session of the tender will take place on 7th December 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the Lodz SEZ.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The tender offers are to be evaluated on the basis of the criteria set out in &bdquo;Specification of essential conditions for tender&rdquo; and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 15 November 2004 concerning a way of execution, terms and conditions of tenders or negotiations and criteria of projects assessment when it comes to business activities which are to be undertaken by investors in the Lodz SEZ (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2544 with further amendments).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>The tender procedure will be won by the Bidder whose bidding offer will obtain the maximum score, however not less than 50% of all possible score and who will offer the purchase price higher than the opening bidding price of an equivalent of one bidding at least.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Within 21 days from the date of selection of the winning tender the seller will inform in writing the purchaser of the place and date of the notarial conditional sale agreement, which will take place <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> no earlier than seven days from the date of the notice delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The Lodz Special Economic Zone Joint-Stock Co. may invalidate tender procedure if there <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> is <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> in the public interest, which could not have been foreseen in advance and where the tender procedure has a defect which prevents the Permit from being issued.
