as the company managing the Lodz Special Economic Zone, informs that in advertisement published in Puls Biznesu on 29 July 2010, aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who:

–       will receive a Permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone, the Sub-zone Łódź, Area 1 (formerly Nowy Józefów-Srebrna) and

–       will be able to buy an un-built real estate described as plots No.:86/5 and 87/5, situated in Konstantynów Łódzki, geodesic area K-18, of a surface of 1,0263 ha.

incorrectly announced the opening biding price of the real estate. Correct opening bidding price of the real estate is: 1.862.340,00 PLN + 22%VAT

The other conditions of the negotiations procedure remain unchanged.
