We would like to present an offer of conference space rental located in a historic, revitalized complex of post-factory buildings in Lodz, 22G Tymienieckiego Street. We offer for rent modernly arranged, well-equipped conference and training rooms of various areas, with professional technical facilities, enabling you to conduct presentations and trainings at the top level.
We provide several meeting rooms of different areas and equipment at your disposal.
The K1 room is equipped with a sound system with microphones (including 3 headphones) and wireless internet. The room has an advanced video system, which consists of three screens with projectors – including one main FullHD screen with 5000 ANSI power and two side screens. An additional advantage of the room is the possibility of using a video mixer that allows the management of content displayed from as many as four devices simultaneously ensuring smooth switching of images between them.
The hall has been designed to create various arrangement possibilities (using mobile walls), according to your demand.

The club lounge is located on the third and fourth floors, in the historic water tower. It is equipped with RTV facilities, a conference table with 16 study chairs, sofas and armchairs. On the mezzanine floor there is a lounge set and a kitchenette. An additional advantage of the club room is the beautiful panorama of Lodz seen from the windows.

Renting one of our conference rooms, you get free use of our Recreation Zone. It is formed by a park with a pond, around which there are walking paths with benches and gazebos. This space can be used as an exhibition area or for the catering.
