2M Project Management Sp. z o.o. was established by combining the experience of three people: Michał Krasiński, Mariusz Woszczyk and Radosław Szczerba. We all represent different areas of civil engineering.
For ten years, Michał Krasiński was in charge of one of the largest Polish construction supervision companies; the supervision covered different stages from the tender preparation through to implementation supervision, assistance in acceptance and handing over of various building structures, including industrial and logistic facilities, residential and office buildings, shopping malls, etc.
Mariusz Woszczyk has over twenty years of experience in the execution of construction works. Until recently, he was a Board member in a large Polish construction company where he was responsible for the entire execution process.
Radosław Szczerba has nearly ten years of experience in civil engineering, e.g. in building investment project management, organisation of investment supervision and technical consulting.
We believe that the combined expertise of 2MPM founders enables a comprehensive consulting service to our customers. The service involves construction process management from assisting in selecting the investment site through to technical analysis of the site conditions, tender process, supervision and control on the execution stage. In addition, we offer full support and assistance in obtaining the occupancy permit and handing over a finished facility to the Investor or Tenant. Thus, our expertise applies to two aspects of a construction process, i.e. supervision and execution. That is why we are capable of providing a comprehensive service.
Our engineers and specialists are broadly experienced owing to their work supervising and executing numerous building projects. Therefore, we collaborate only with reliable and experienced engineers.
