Tomasz Sadzyński

CEO

Polish local government officer, public administration official. Graduated in Administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz.
He began his professional career in local government. After Włodzimierz Fisiak became Marshal of the Voivodeship, he was appointed Secretary of the Voivodeship of Łódź. From 2006 to 2010 he was a councilor of the City Council of Lodz, and from February to December 2010 he served as Mayor of Lodz.
From April 2011 to April 2016, he first served as President of the Board of Directors of the Lodz Special Economic Zone. Then, from 2017 to 2018, he managed the Municipal Enterprise of the Municipality of Konstantynów Łódzki. From 2019 – as Deputy Director for Administration and Development of the WAM Clinical Hospital – he was responsible for the area of administration, IT and investments related to the development of the hospital.
From 2021 to 2023, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Municipal Arena of Culture and Sports.
In May 2024, he again became CEO of the Lodz Special Economic Zone.

Michał Sobczak

Vice President of the Executive Board

Doctor of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz, specialist in real estate management and housing cooperatives. Employee of the Department of Investment and Real Estate at the University of Łódź, from December 2022 to May 2024 President of the Board of the Pojezierska Housing Cooperative. Member of the All-Poland Federation of Entrepreneurs and Employers Entrepreneurs.pl and member of the Federation’s Scientific Council.
Over the years, he has been active in many organizations – including, the Committee for Revitalization of the City of Lodz, the Team for Developing a Long-Term Action Plan for the Promotion and Dissemination of the Social Economy in the Province of Lodz, and the Social Council of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Zgierz.
He worked at the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw and the Medical University of Lodz, among others. In 2015-2019 he served as director of the Real Estate Board of the Lodz Voivodeship.
He was a member of the supervisory boards of Energetyka Cieplna in Wieluń, Zgierz Transport Company MARKAB, Municipal Housing Management Company in Zgierz and Municipal Management Company Daszyna.
