The technical school was established by the Łódź Special Economic Zone and its investors (Tubądzin Ceramics, Miele Technika and Delia Cosmetics). Transformation Zone is a project dedicated to the Transformation Area in the Łódź voivodeship. By providing co-financing for development services (training, consultancy, and postgraduate studies), it gives employees—especially from the mining and energy sectors in the Bełchatów region—the opportunity to improve qualifications, develop skills, or retrain.
